We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All buyers outside of the EU are responsible for any local import duties, customs and brokerage fees, or taxes that may be charged. Usually these charges are paid for by the shipping carrier on import of the parcel and then are invoiced to the recipient on or after delivery of the shipment. ZOOTY LTD will not be able to offer any compensation or refunds for orders that are not deliverable, because of customs fees not paid for by the recipient.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of chosen items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that shipping of International orders may take 2-4weeks.
Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based as well. When buying multiple items shipping rates may decrease.
In case of force majeure situations, being, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, public riots and acts of god, the shipping time may be extended up to 4 months. If the force majeure situation lasts more than 4 months, the delivery is to be cancelled without a refund.
We hope that you love our bottle cutters, but if for some reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange your order.
We have a 14-day return policy. If you have any questions or if you would like to return your purchase please contact us at email@example.com. You may return the item only after receiving the return authorisation number. In order to receive a full refund, we ask you that the item is returned unused, in its’ original packaging and in re-sellable condition. You will be responsible to cover return shipping costs. We highly recommend you to adequately protect your parcel during shipment, so please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by DHL, DPD, FedEx, USPS, UPS, and some other carriers. ZOOTY LTD is not responsible for lost or damaged product during shipment. Once the item has reached our facility, it will take 5-10 business days for inspection of the product and the funds to be credited to your account.
In case that the mailing service is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at the point of delivery, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, or otherwise, ZOOTY LTD is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs charged by the courier. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
If you receive an incorrect item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide an immediate replacement and assume all return shipping costs.
If you are unable to comply fully with the return policy, unfortunately you may not be entitled to a full refund or any refund at all.
